What is Taste On Broadway?

Taste On Broadway is an annual event devoted to local restaurants found in the greater Green Bay area.  The Broadway District is transformed into a lively street festival atmosphere complete with live music and over 20 restaurants that draw an average of 10,000 people to downtown Green Bay. 

When is Taste On Broadway?

Taste On Broadway is Thursday August 5, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with food served until 9:00 p.m. and live music until 11 p.m.

Who benefits from Taste On Broadway?

On Broadway, Inc. (OBI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization of the downtown in Green Bay.  Taste On Broadway is a fundrasier supporting OBI and it's efforts.

Where can I park during Taste On Broadway?

Parking is available in Leicht Park, Museum Place (behind the Neville Museum), Pearl Street, and behind Olde Fort Sqaure.

What if it rains?

The date of Taste On Broadway is August 5, 2010 rain or shine, however, if inclement weather reaches Green Bay, the venue will be changed to the KI Center and will be announced on August 4, 2010.

Where can I buy tokens?

Pre-sale tokens can be purchased in the On Broaday, Inc. office or select M&I Banks. Click here to go to the Tokens page for more information.

Tokens can also be purchased during Taste On Broadway at any token booth.

One token = $1.00

Tokens are non-refundable.

Am I able to bring my pets to Taste On Broadway?

Pets are prohibited at Taste On Broadway.

Where is the nearest ATM located?

There is one ATM located on the North end of Broadway in the M&I Bank parking lot as well as Titletown Brewing Co.

Are credit cards accepted?

Credit cards are not accepted during Taste On Broadway.

Are there restrooms available?

Portable restrooms and a handwashing area are available on Hubbard Street near BayCare Clinic.

Is there seating available?

Seating is located along Broadway.

Is there a cover charge?

There is no cover charge for Taste On Broadway, however, tokens must be purchased for food and beverages ranging from 1-5 tokens.

Do I have to be 21 to attend Taste On Broadway?

No, Taste On Broadway is fun for all ages!  However, you do have to be 21 or older to purchase and/or consume alcohol.

Can I bring outside food or beverage into the event?

No, outside food or beverages are not allowed during Taste On Broadway event hours.
